At the corner of gap canyon and Sunbrook Drive a planned 12 acre, 184 unit APARTMENT complex up to 3 stories high is being built, which obstructs the views of many homes. This will bring noise, parking issues, along with 184 units of RENTERS which most likely as usual will bring its own set of issues.
St George zoning commission must of been paid off or bribed and has now approved this not caring what Sunbrook, Crystal Lakes or Sentieri had to say.
Now it is up to the City Council who once has denied this in December, now it is up to them to stop this unattractive, traffic adding, eye sore.
Builders should FIRST add all streets, parks, and other items if they want to even consider this. There is one way in and out, Gap Canyon is still a proposal, so it may never be done.
Ence was billing this as townhomes, 1-2 stories that would blend in with the surrounding homes.
